Mana Kit Homes is based on the sunny South-East Coast of Queensland, Australia.
We have been supplying quality steel-framed kit homes both nationally and internationally to owner-builders, developers and licensed builders for over twelve years, gaining many long term business associations and life long friendships.
All materials and products are manufactured in Australia to meet with the rigorous Australian building standards, giving us very sound recognition on the worldwide platform. We can manufacture our homes to be compliant with all international standards as set out by the local authorities. Design flexibility is infinite and all products and materials can be customised and sourced to accommodate each individual operation.

Steel has a high strength to weight ratio which means it has high strength per unit mass. So, no matter how large the overall structure is, the steel sections will be small and lightweight, unlike other building materials. Steel frames are more cost effective and better value for money in the big picture. They are stronger and straighter, preventing sloping and sinking over time, whereas timber can flex and warp. Steel is fire resistant, termite proof and is a sustainable 100% recycled material.

Our framing system has been designed to allow for a simple and cost-effective export process. Steel frames are a lightweight material that can be shipped as pre-assembled frame panels or as a flat pack to maximise space. We have experience with the logistics and handling of all materials during the packing and loading process to ensure your homes materials arrive in the most cost-effective manner taking advantage of all available cubic space and more importantly that they arrive safely.
Our Founders Story

Mana Kit Homes was born after my personal experience during my early days as an employee for another company. I started in sales where I was trained to promise all new clients the full support and backup of that company. As time progressed and I became more knowledgeable this is when I started to deal with clients during all aspects of their new home development.
It was at this time that I noticed a consistency of unhappy, afraid and confidence-lost clients due to the careless attitude and work ethic displayed by my colleagues and the business. This didn’t sit well with me and before too long I became known by the clients as the ‘go-to’ because I would always put myself forward wherever I could to assist them in all areas.
Unfortunately, the writing was on the wall for this business. As it drew close to its end, so did its operational ethics, which is when I removed myself. It was after this experience that I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a company that provided people with the loyalty, quality support, service and home that they truly deserved. This is when Mana Kit Homes was born.
The building industry will always have its challenges and anyone who says it won’t is lying, however, our clients are made aware that no matter what hurdle is encountered, they can rely upon us to find a solution.
As a wise builder once said to me “there are always problems on-site at some point, getting uptight wastes time, finding a solution saves time, and there is always a solution’, and we are that solution for you.
